Disguise, Inc. continues to add to its EMEA team; the costume manufacturer announced the hire of Lianne Barber as marketing manager for the territory.
Disguise — the costuming division of JAKKS Pacific — has named several new EMEA hires in the past few months. In August, the company announced appointments to its leadership team in the region. Then in September, the company added two more hires to the EMEA sales team.
Recently, the manufacturer extended its licensing partnership with Disney into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Disguise plans to announce several more license acquisitions in the EMEA market at a later date.
The costumer is in the process of hiring a complete staff of apparel-based experts to design, develop, sell, and market costumes and accessories throughout Europe.
Currently, a global approach to marketing and retail promotions is a key focus for Disguise. In her new role, Barber will join the marketing team in developing targeted sales driving strategies and campaigns to drive business across Europe.
She brings over a decade of experience implementing multi-channel marketing, brand development, and campaign management.
“Lianne Barber will be an integral part to our success in EMEA,” said Disguise EMEA’s VP of marketing, Rachel Middleton-Smith. She brings key skills and experience to the table which will enable us to develop our marketing reach across our region.”
