Following two years of exceptional growth, IMC Toys is pleased to announce the expansion of their US operations with the appointment of two key team members and relocation to a brand new office. The additions to the team, Preeti Sheth joins as a Finance Manager and Chrissa Van Duffelen as Customer Service Manager, will bolster the brand’s position as a leader in the collectible doll category.
Preeti has provided financial services for over 15 years while also holding multiple leadership positions as Finance & Strategy Director at TAKE Solutions and Business owner of her own consulting firm. Her expertise and enthusiasm for the IMC brand will have a great impact on the future of the business.
For more than a decade, Chrissa has managed customer service departments for consumer good products. Her experience in both internal and external customer service will prove to be invaluable in strengthening customer relations between IMC Toys and US consumers.
In the last 12 months, Karen Branson, IMC’s Country Manager, has overseen a rapid transformation of the NA business with the addition of industry experts Crystal Ganir and Chelsea Wood, who joined the team as Marketing Director and Senior Sales Manager, respectively. In 2019 the business saw a 300% lift in retail sales, gained over 200 million impressions and transformed the evergreen Cry Babies line into a best-selling brand.
Preeti and Chrissa will be welcomed by Karen at the new North American headquarters in Chatham, New Jersey. As of June 2020, the brand has relocated from North Carolina to the New Jersey office where the new team of five will strategize and execute the launch of several new products for Fall including the highly anticipated VIP Pets collectible line.
Karen stated that “our newly robust team is fully equipped to satisfy market demands with the support of Preeti and Chrissa. We’re excited and eager to continue to develop the business’ portfolio.”
