Grasso Joins Entertainment One
Entertainment One (eOne) appointed Joan Grasso as vice-president of licensing for North America. Grasso will spearhead the U.S. merchandise launch of Peppa Pig this August and implement an integrated marketing program to support the brand’s debut at retail. Based in eOne’s New York office, she will work closely with Peppa Pig’s current licensing partners, such as Fisher-Price, and seek new partners to drive the brand’s North American licensing program. Prior to joining eOne, Grasso was vice-president of toys and games licensing for Chorion Silver Lining. Previous posts include American Greetings, Nickelodeon, and Fisher-Price.
Penny Re-Joins Creative Licensing Corporation
Kim Penny has re-joined Creative Licensing Corporation as vice-president, after working in the non-profit sector for the past several years. She most recently served as interim director of development for The New Children’s Museum in San Diego, strengthening revenues for NCM in sponsorship, membership, grants, events, and donations. She also served as vice-president of marketing and development for Voices for Children in San Diego.
