20th Century Fox Television Hires Godsick
20th Century Fox Television named Jeffrey Godsick as president, Fox Consumer Products. In his new position, Godsick will oversee the worldwide licensing of Fox’s diverse portfolio of film and television properties across platforms such as interactive gaming, themed entertainment, television promotions, literary publishing, and a wide array of consumer product categories. Headquartered in the operating unit’s West Coast office, Godsick will manage both its Los Angeles- and London-based operations. Previously, Godsick held several senior marketing positions at Twentieth Century Fox’s feature film division, most recently as senior executive vice-president.
Tellem Worldwide Relaunches as Tellem Grody Public Relations, Inc.
Tellem Worldwide changed its name to Tellem Grody Public Relations, Inc., reflecting partner Dan Grody’s nine-year contribution of business growth to the PR, social media, and marketing agency. The change nearly mirrors the name of the firm founded 31 years ago by Dan Grody’s late father, Mark Grody, and mother, Susan Tellem, known as Grody Tellem Communications. John Tellem, who is also Susan Tellem’s son, has been a partner in the family business for 11 years. The agency is known for expertise in healthcare, consumer products, entertainment, and crisis management, while specializing in family focused clients including theatrical tours, toys, gifts, and education.
Saban Brands Hires Belzer
Saban Brands LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saban Capital Group, Inc., hired Rebekah Belzer as director of licensing. She will manage all existing license partnerships and seek out new strategic license partnerships in the apparel and softlines categories.
Prior to joining Saban Brands, Belzer spent seven years at Disney Consumer Products, launching brands such as Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings, and Disney’s it’s a small world.
