Salus Brands LLC has acquired several key brand assets from Kangaroo Manufacturing and will handle all wholesale orders for the brands, the new owner announced.
The brands this will impact are:
- PopOhVer
- Coconut Float (and Licensed Coconut Float)
- The Original Super Cool Compounds
Salus Brands is a privately-held business. Its ownership has a strong history of retail business success that includes running operations with annual sales well into 9 figures. Salus Brands intends to grow the company into a premier toy manufacturing operation with a focus on innovative and quality products.
The company is led by top executives Craig Galloway, CEO and toy industry veteran Dave Balkaran, president and head of sales.
