Stephanie Kupperman, formerly of Creative Licensing, has launched a new full-service merchandise licensing agency, Licensing 360, which specializes in developing entertainment brands into consumer product programs.
Licensing 360 clients include the comedy film Wet Hot American Summer — starring Paul Rudd, Bradley Cooper, Amy Poehler, Elizabeth Banks, Molly Shannon, and Janeane Garofalo — which turns 20 this year. Licensing 360 is currently accepting proposals from licensees to join the film’s anniversary program.
Licensing 360 also represents two licensee clients: outerwear apparel company Chalk Line and Canada-based hosiery company Good Luck Sock.
Named one of License Global’s 40 under 40 in 2019, Kupperman has experience with deal negotiations, product approvals, and legal due diligence. While at Creative Licensing, she oversaw the implementation of brand partnerships with films including The Terminator, Rambo: First Blood, and Halloween.
Kupperman said Licensing 360’s goal “is to offer brands a tailored, individualized approach to licensing that delivers fan-first merchandise. I believe all brand partnerships must start with the fans and build from the ground up, not the other way around.”
