Precious Moments, Inc. has announced Commonwealth Toy & Novelty Co., Inc. as its newest licensee. In a deal brokered by Spotlight Licensing and Brand Management, Commonwealth Toy & Novelty will produce Precious Moments-branded baby dolls for nurturing play, and figurines with play value. This latest extension of the brand builds upon its foundation in the children’s plush and collectible/gift doll categories and dovetails with its core collectible figurine business.

Commonwealth’s first Precious Moments products are expected to reach retailers beginning in Q3 2020.
