NEW YORK — The Energizer Bunny, the brand character symbolizing the quality and power of Energizer Holdings’ products, will debut as a collectible Funko figure.
The launch of the new vinyl figure is a result of a licensing agreement between Energizer, known for batteries, power and lighting, and auto care, and Funko, a leading pop culture consumer products company. Global brand extension licensing agency Beanstalk, Energizer’s exclusive global licensing agency, brokered the agreement.
The relationship between Funko, whose Pop! Vinyl figures are its flagship product, and Energizer, whose licensing program is focused around batteries and power and light, extends the brand and the Energizer Bunny into a novel category of collectible products that will delight a new generation and a younger demographic of consumers.
Funko’s Energizer Bunny Pop! Vinyl figure, a stylized version of Energizer’s “spokes-hare,” for 30 years a symbol of perseverance and boundless energy, will give fans of the brand and Bunny a fun and unique way to interact with the Energizer brand. Recently refreshed and animated in the American market, the Energizer Bunny’s playful flair now plays a central role in Energizer’s packaging, communication and marketing programs.

The Energizer Bunny Pop! Vinyl will appear late October on shelves and online, including at Hot Topic, Amazon, and Target. The retail price is $10.00.
