The Western Toy and Hobby Representatives Association (WTHRA) announces the return of ToyFest to The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas, March 3 – 5, 2024. The newly opened Expo Center in downtown Las Vegas served quite well for ToyFest the past two years. As an added benefit, ToyFest attendees have access to cross-over gift and accessory lines presented at the World Market Center’s permanent showrooms. Sandy Lepire, ToyFest President said, “ToyFest 2023 was filled with so many buyers from all over the country and manufacturers showing amazing new products! With the dates of ToyFest now set for 2024, the attendee registration open, the hotel booking site is available, and we have begun planning. Our goal is to make 2024 a great show for all to come play and learn.”
With ToyFest entering its 11th year in Las Vegas, and 62nd show since its inception, Toy & Gift Stores from across the US and abroad now attend the toy tradeshow. WTHRA’s (Western Toy & Hobby Representatives Association) Chairman of the Board, Bill St. John said, “ToyFest is now a National Show with 62 years of experience. With over 600 manufacturers and over 1300 attendees in 2023, ToyFest is a Toy Show for the entire Toy Industry”.
During the annual May meeting, the WTHRA Board of Directors and ToyFest Slate of Officers discussed what worked well for ToyFest and what the show will continue with. Morning Masterpieces kit session to open the show, the fabulous ToyFest Game Night, a toy business related educational seminar, exclusive show specials, the wildly popular Cash and Product Raffles”, and of course the legendary welcoming Gala where brilliant toy industry individuals are inducted into the WTHRA Hall of Fame and collectively honor the “Retailer of the Year”.
Attendee Registration is now open for buyers, buyer guests, R&D, and media. ToyFest is free to attend, but new this year, ToyFest is asking for a small fee to attend their special events. https://toyfestUS.com/attendee-registration/.
Exhibitor Registration will open in September for returning exhibitors from the 2023 show. Everyone else will register starting October 2, 2023. Early bird discounts will once again be available with $100 savings off each 10×10 space through November 30.
ToyFest will continue to use Resorts World as the host hotel. The registration link and rates are published on the Hotel & Travel page of the website: https://toyfestUS.com/hotel-travel/. Shuttles will be available from this hotel only to the venue, The Expo at World Market Center.
WTHRA will be holding a membership drive in the fall for the manufacturers and sales reps in the toy industry.
