Join the Toy Association at Toy Fair New York as they explore the toy industry’s budding relationship with the automated world in the Creative Factor sessions, “March of the Working Robots” and “March of the STEM Robots.”
Combining educational content with a robot runway show, the sessions will examine the ways in which robots are helping to revolutionize the retail experience as well as play. As the robots walk (or get carried) down the runway, presenters will detail each robot’s characteristics. Some will showcase how they are built with before-and-afters. Others will demonstrate the unique features and designs of these robotic companions.
“March of the Working Robots” will be held on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m. and Monday, Feb. 24 at 12:40 p.m. “March of the STEM Robots” will take place on Monday, Feb. 24 at 4 p.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 10 a.m.
These sessions are part of a series of seminars delivered by Creative Factor at Toy Fair, an educational program that aims to support and foster growth within the global toy inventor and designer community. All Toy Fair registrants are welcome to participate in a full schedule of roundtables, presentations, workshops, and panels focused on the interests and goals of inventors, designers, and others in the creative community. Sessions will be held throughout the four days in the Creative Factor Theater (the lobby outside Hall 1D).
In addition, toy manufacturers are invited to hear product pitches from select inventors and designers during The Toy Association’s “CF@TF Inventor Day,” taking place on Friday, Feb. 21. For more information, contact The Toy Association’s Marian Bossard at mbossard@toyassociation.org.
Toy Fair New York will be held Feb. 22-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Visit toyfairny.com or download the free Toy Fair app from Apple iTunes or Google Play for the full list of Creative Factor programming and other informative educational sessions taking place only at Toy Fair.
