Set Enterprises is known for its award-winning family and educational games. Such games include SET, Quiddler, Five Crowns, Karma, WordSpiel, and Zangle, along with brand extensions. Staples in specialty retailers, its games are sold in more than 40 countries. Set has earned game awards from organizations such as MENSA, ASTRA, and others.
“The company has produced ingenious, thought-provoking games that have true staying power,” says Bob Wann, chief PlayMonster of PlayMonster. “We’re thrilled to add them to our portfolio.”
Colette Falco, owner of Set Enterprises, adds, “Because the games are all invented by my mom and [it’s] a second-generation family business, it was important to find the right fit to ensure the games reach their full potential. PlayMonster’s passion for fun and commitment to the value of play, together with its impressive stature and experience in the game business make it the perfect company to take our brands to the next level.”
The company was founded in 1990. It has released more than a dozen games.
