Techno Source Changes Name to Toy Island
Techno Source, a division of LF Products, (a Li & Fung company), announced that it has officially changed its name to Toy Island as part of a larger company initiative to better position itself within the toy industry.
“For years, Techno Source has been a leader in the development and manufacture of electronic games; and while this is still part of our DNA, we’ve evolved as an organization,” said Tom Emelo, vice-president, marketing, Toy Island. “We are embarking on a new direction that focuses on the development and manufacture of high-quality, innovative toys for kids of all ages. With this new direction, we feel that changing our name to Toy Island will help us to better communicate our expanded offerings to consumers.”
Both Toy Island and Techno Source are Li & Fung companies.
