Angelcare Acquires Sassy; Hires Robinson
Angelcare Holding, Inc., the managing company of Angelcare Monitors, Inc., and International Refills Company, announced that it has acquired Sassy from Kids Brand, Inc.
Angelcare has also announced that Dean Robinson, former president of Sassy, has been hired in a similar role, as president of the Angelcare Baby division and Sassy, effective immediately. Robinson brings significant experience in new product development and marketing with an expertise in the infant and juvenile products industry. At Sassy, Robinson led the company’s efforts to expand into new product categories including licensed goods.
