Warner Bros Pictures Animation and Dr Seuss Enterprises have locked in an all-star comedic cast for their upcoming feature film The Cat in the Hat which will debut in theaters globally on March 6, 2026. The cast, led by Bill Hader (Barry) as The Cat, includes Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary), Bowen Yang (SNL), Xochitl Gomez (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness), Matt Berry (What We Do in The Shadows) and Paula Pell (Girls5eva). In the wonderfully whimsical tradition of Dr. Seuss, The Cat in the Hat comes to the big screen in his animated theatrical feature film debut, doing what he does best—spreading joy to “happyless” kids. In the film, The Cat takes on his toughest assignment yet… to cheer a pair of siblings struggling with their move to a new town.

Mattel, a leading global toy company and owner of one of the strongest portfolios of children’s and family entertainment franchises in the world, has announced Thomas & Friends: Let’s Roll, a fun, new mobile app, created in partnership with StoryToys and designed under the guidance of neurodiversity consultants. Hasbro announced the 3-part Peppa Pig Wedding Special, featuring global megastars Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry, will air at 9:00 AM ET/PT from March 25-28 as part of Nickelodeon’s “Peppa Pig Wedding Week”. In celebration of the iconic animated character’s 20th anniversary, these new Season 10 episodes will have little ones and their families jumping into fun, imaginative and oinktastic adventures that real-life wedding parties bring to loved ones everywhere. There is so much in store for kids and families from PBS KIDS this spring. Disney Branded Television, BBC Studios Kids & Family and Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) have announced that the next installments of Bluey, including an extended length special The Sign, will premiere this April, marking the series’ first global rollout. The first new episode, “Ghostbasket,” will premiere on Sunday, April 7, teeing up the debut of the 28-minute special, The Sign, premiering a week later on Sunday, April 14. Both episodes will air first via ABC Kids in Australia and then roll out globally the same day across Disney+, Disney Junior and Disney Channel in all other available regions (with the exception of China and New Zealand).
