Compartés, the nation’s hippest and trendiest chocolate shop, teams up with Care Bears, the loveable and huggable bears from Care-a-Lot, this October 4th to create a limited-edition chocolate bar. The Compartés x Care Bears Rainbow Chocolate Bar features Compartés artistry with the popular Care Bears to bring colorful retro packaging and a fun decadent chocolate bar. The Rainbow Chocolate Bar is crafted with their classic white chocolate incorporated with a fruit burst of strawberry, blueberry, orange, and lemon flavors. Each flavor is represented in the chocolate bar to create a colorful gradient rainbow in the iconic triangle cuts to make Compartés’ sweet edible art.
The campaign features a lifestyle shoot with Funshine Bear, one of the 10 original Care Bears, interacting with the Rainbow Chocolate Bar in the Compartés Chocolates’ factory. This year, 2022, marks the 40th anniversary of Care Bears after being first introduced in 1982. Funshine Bear debuted on the American Greetings card in 1982 and has played a central role within the franchise for the past 40 years.
