The Toy Foundation welcomes four new members to its Board of Trustees to help further its philanthropic mission to serve and support children locally and around the world. The Board is comprised of 20 accomplished industry professionals and continues to be led by Chair Andrew Weiner.
“We welcome Jamie Cygielman, Bryony Bouyer, Manny Grace, and Aaron Muderick to The Toy Foundation’s Board of Trustees,” said Andrew Weiner, Chair of the Board. “As we look to expand the Foundation’s impact for the benefit of children and serve as a uniting force for the industry’s collective philanthropy, each of these individuals bring a unique and impressive skillset that will help us in fulfilling the mission.”
Jamie Cygielman, General Manager of American Girl, joins TTF’s Executive Committee and Chair of the Brand and Communications Committee. Cygielman brings 30 years of experience where she has developed, managed, and grown global businesses across fashion, beauty, entertainment, and toy categories. She is a proven leader who will bring a diverse perspective, innovating thinking, strong consumer insights and business expertise to TTF.
Bryony Bouyer leads Hasbro’s global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy to foster a more diverse workforce and help ensure every consumer sees themselves in the company’s toys, games and entertainment. Bouyer joins TTF’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Program Grants Committee where she will bring her leadership experience and business acumen to cultivate a successful and sustainable foundation of the future.
Manuel (Manny) Grace joins TTF’s Children’s Hospital Committee and Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Grace is currently Associate General Counsel to The Walt Disney Company, as well as head of the
Environmental, Health and Safety practice group, where his focus is on product liability, environmental compliance, and occupational safety. Grace brings 40 years of experience to TTF.
Aaron Muderick, Founder and President of Crazy Aaron’s, joins TTF’s Children’s Hospital Committee. Passionate about inspiring, educating and delighting children around the world, Muderick offers years of creativity, entrepreneurial business, and advocacy to help further the TTF’s efforts. Muderick is also the Chair on The Toy Association’s Board of Directors.
“We are strengthening The Toy Foundation’s efforts to serve and support more children locally and around the world,” said Pamela Mastrota, Executive Director of TTF. “The incredible talents from this group will be greatly utilized, from guiding strategic partnerships, to building effective programming, and communicating our efforts to the industry and wider community.”
