Basketball and entertainment franchise the Harlem Globetrotters (HGI) are launching a U.S. and U.K. licensing program that will be led by Retail Monster.
“The Harlem Globetrotters are an institution that has captivated fans for generations,” said Retail Monster’s founder Michael Connolly. “We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with the HGI team, and are excited to activate opportunities across the retail and licensing landscape.”
Known for their interactive, family sports entertainment experiences, the Harlem Globetrotters turn 95 this year. They are a subsidiary of themed entertainment company Herschend Enterprises.
Retail Monster will work with the team to develop licensing and retail programs that reach their core demographic.
