Discovery Selects Agent in India
Black White Orange Brands Pvt. Ltd was named the licensing agent for the Discovery brand in India. Black White Orange will work hand-in-hand with Discovery to bring its brand extension and merchandise program to life.
As the licensing agent, Black White Orange will deliver creative ideation and business development, driving value by leveraging Discovery’s reputation and brand strength. Black White Orange will represent and manage Discovery’s extensive portfolio, including major brands such as Animal Planet, Discovery Adventures and more. They will work closely with the licensor to develop bespoke creative executions for the local market and explore licensing deals and partnerships in the form of official licensed merchandise like apparel, electronics, plush toys for kids, travel & adventure gear, bags, stationery and home décor amongst others.

Rainbow Rangers, the new animated adventure series for girls, which premiered on Nick Jr. on November 5, attracts more new licensing partners.
Genius Brands signed four new licensing partners, including Cra-Z-Art for crafts and activities; Esquire Footwear for shoes and footwear; Integrity Vitamins, for kids’ vitamins; and Townley Girl, for a line of kid-friendly cosmetics and a variety of health and beauty products.
Genius Brands has partnered with more than 25 blue-chip industry-leading licensing partners for the retail launch of Rainbow Rangers, including Mattel (master toy), MacMillan Publishing (master publishing), Bentex (master apparel), A.M.E. (sleepwear), Berkshire Fashions (cold weather accessories), BioWorld (bags, backpacks), Ceaco (puzzles), Disguise (Halloween costumes), Handcraft Manufacturing (packaged underwear), H.E.R.
