Endemol Shine North America Promotes Ferguson
Thomas Ferguson has been named vice-president, Licensing and Partnerships, Endemol Shine North America.
In his new role, Ferguson will be responsible for negotiating and securing partnerships across various consumer product categories, with a focus on publishing, e-commerce, branded content experiences as well as live events for Endemol Shine series.

Ferguson originally joined Shine America in December of 2013 and most recently served as director, Licensing Partnerships. He has led major ESNA initiatives including the MasterChef Cruise (Holland America), Cooking With MasterChef (Craftsy.com), and The Biggest Loser Resorts.
Prior to joining Endemol Shine North America, Ferguson was a lead designer and consultant for the branding agency Focus Group West, where he led client-facing design and product launch services for brands such as John Varvatos, Carolina Herrera, and BCBG eyewear as well as various start-up companies in the eyewear and fashion space.
In 2010 Ferguson was named one of the “100 most important people in the eyewear industry” by Brilliant Magazine, served on the executive board of JHRTS, and was featured as an expert on the Style Network.
Kelly Hill will continue as vice-president, Licensing Partnerships. Together with Ferguson, the executives will lead the company’s licensing efforts under Petteway.
