Planeta Junior Opens Prague Office
Planeta Junior has opened a new office in Prague, Czech Republic, that will be used as a base for expansion in Central and Eastern European countries. The Prague office will be headed by Majka Kadlecova, as sales manager, under the leadership of the company’s managing director Ignacio Segura and international commercial director Erwann Chabot.
The arrival of Planeta Junior to the Czech Republic is part of the company’s European expansion plan and will focus on countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey (the European region of Istanbul). This new office in Prague will be followed by a new office in Moscow by the end of the year.
The company will exploit its catalog of content for licensing and television in these markets, in addition to the extensive representation of some of the biggest brands for children on the market.
FunGoPlay Signs Deal with Miniclip
Miniclip, a gaming website, has forged a strategic partnership with FunGoPlay, a virtual sports theme park. Miniclip will drive FunGoPlay’s visibility worldwide among its core-targeted demo of 6–11 year old on the Miniclip.com website.
