Cyber Group Studios Inks Multiple Deals with Gulli, M6 Group

Cyber Group Studios, a leading producer and distributor of animated series for children and families worldwide, is pleased to announce the signature of several series agreements with Gulli (M6 Group), France’s leading children’s channel. The Gulli deal includes the development of two original Cyber Group Studios properties, The McFire Family and George Moby and Co., as well as the pre-acquisition of the recently developed third season of the French hit animated series Taffy. All three shows are slated to begin production this year.

Next New York Toy Fair to Take Place Sept 30th – Oct 3rd 2023

After this year’s earlier cancellation and the announcement of rescheduling and a potential move, The Toy Association has just announced that New York Toy Fair will not be changing locations in 2023. The next New York Toy Fair will take place at long-time NYTF host Javits Center from Saturday, September 30th to Tuesday, October 3rd 2023. During the conference call, the Toy Association also stated that they have entered a multi-year commitment with the Javits Center through 2025.

‘Attack of the Underwear Dragon’ Getting New Animated Series from Mercury Filmworks

Canada’s Mercury Filmworks has acquired the rights to develop and produce a new animated children’s series based on Scott Rothman’s popular children’s picture book Attack of the Underwear Dragon (October 2020, Random House), an Amazon Editor’s Pick and National Indie Bestseller, illustrated by New York Times’ Best-Selling illustrator and Annie Award-nominated animator, Pete Oswald.

Little Partners Teams with Arbor Day Foundation to Plant Thousands of Trees

Little Partners, makers of the Original Learning Tower, has partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant approximately 5,000 trees in advance of the 150th Arbor Day national holiday on April 29. The Arbor Day Foundation is the largest member nonprofit organization dedicated to planting trees. Since its inception 50 years ago, the Foundation has helped to plant and distribute almost 500 million trees in more than 50 countries. That is the equivalent to planting every tree in New York City’s Central Park every seven hours for an entire year.
